Srinivas Spices

Srinivas Spices is set up over at Plot No-D-11 in the MIDC Industrial Area. Since we are in an industrial zone, our day-to-day is a bit different from a regular market shop. There are a lot of trucks moving in and out, and the whole area has that heavy, working vibe to it. We handle a lot of bulk orders here because of our location. The space is mostly filled with machinery for grinding and large areas for drying out the raw materials before they get processed. It’s not the kind of place where people come to browse; it’s more about getting the orders filled and sent out to the retailers. The heat from the grinders can make the air quite thick, especially during the summer months. We have a routine that we stick to, starting early before the sun gets too high. Everyone knows their spot on the floor. We don't bother with much decoration because it’s a workspace first and foremost. The floors are concrete and the walls are just plain, but it works for what we do. We’ve been in this MIDC spot for a while now, and we’ve seen the neighbors change, but the work remains the same. It's about taking raw stuff from the farms and turning it into something people can actually use in their kitchens. No shortcuts, just regular hard work every single day. We don't try to be something we aren't, just a solid processing unit.
