You’ll find Sr Fibreglass Auto Pvt. Ltd. at G-77 in the M.I.D.C. area of Ambad. Being in an industrial zone like this means there’s always something going on, trucks rattling by and the sound of other workshops nearby. We focus mostly on automotive parts made from fibreglass. It’s a material we know inside and out. We’ve spent a lot of time in the heat, working with resins and mats to get the shapes right for car bodies and other parts. It’s a lot of manual labor, really. You have to lay everything out by hand and make sure there aren't any air bubbles. If you do it wrong, the whole piece is junk. We started this because we saw how much demand there was for lightweight parts that don't rust. Our shop isn't anything special to look at, just a big shed with all our tools and moulds. We keep it organized enough to find what we need, but it definitely looks like a working shop. The guys here have been doing this for a long time, and we've seen almost every kind of repair or custom job you can imagine. We don't bother with much marketing. People in Ambad just know we are here at G-77 if they need fibreglass work done. We just show up, do the work, and go home. It is simple but it keeps us busy.
