Our office is over in Nashik, specifically at Flat 201A in Kadam Mansion. It is in the Mahatma Nagar area, which is a pretty well-known part of town. We are technically in the Dindori region. SM URBAN MULTIPUROSE NIDHI LIMITED is the name on the door. It is an apartment-style setup, so it feels a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. We have a few rooms where we keep all the records and set up our computers. The atmosphere is mostly quiet, unless it is the end of the month when things get a bit more hectic with the accounts. People from around Mahatma Nagar know where Kadam Mansion is, so we don't usually have to give long directions over the phone. We spend our days dealing with the paperwork that comes with running a Nidhi company. It is mostly just local folks helping other local folks with their financial needs. We don't have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait their turn. The view from the window is mostly of the other buildings and the street below. We drink a lot of chai to stay sharp while going through the numbers. It is a steady kind of work and we take it seriously, even if we don't wear suits every day. Most of our members are just neighbors or people from nearby parts of Nashik. We keep it simple and try to be helpful.
