It’s part of being in a village-like atmosphere even though we are in Nasik. The work can be tough when we get a tricky piece of equipment, but we enjoy the challenge. We’ve learned everything we know just by doing it every day for years. You won't find any corporate talk here. We just tell it like it is. If something can’t be fixed, we say so.
