Shejwal Industries Nashik

Down here at Plot No. A- 29 in the Malegaon Industries Area, things stay pretty busy. We are right opposite Vip Industries in Sinnar, so there’s always a lot of activity around us. Shejwal Industries Nashik is basically a place where we get our hands dirty every day. We do a lot of industrial work, and the machines are running from early morning until late. It’s noisy and it can get quite hot in the summer, but that’s just the nature of working in a place like Sinnar. We started out with just a few pieces of equipment and have slowly added more over the years. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There’s grease on the floors sometimes and we wear work clothes that have seen better days. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word usually gets around by people just talking to each other in the industry. We just try to make sure that whatever we’re producing is solid and done on time. Sometimes a machine breaks down and we have to spend half the night fixing it, but that’s part of the job. The guys who work here have been around for a long time and they know their way around the shop floor. We just keep our heads down and focus on the work in front of us. It’s a simple life, but we like the honesty of making things with our hands.
