Shree Ganesha Packaging Industries

Shree Ganesha Packaging Industries is situated at L-8 M.I.D.C. Ambad. Being in the industrial zone means it’s always busy around here, with the sound of machinery and the smell of grease from the neighboring units. Our shed is pretty large because we need the space for the big rolls of paper and the cutting machines. It’s a dusty job, and by the end of the day, most of us have bits of cardboard in our hair and on our clothes. We’ve got a couple of old machines that have been running since we started, and they still do the job better than some of the newer stuff we’ve looked at. The floor is concrete and has plenty of cracks, but it holds up under the weight of the forklifts. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk right into the middle of the workspace and find one of us near the machines. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once, so we’ve all learned to shout a bit to be heard. Lunch is usually a quick affair in the small break room at the back. We aren't trying to change the world or anything; we just make sure the packaging is strong enough to hold whatever our customers are putting inside. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do, and we just keep at it day after day.
