Share & Support Foundation

Our office is over in Nashik, specifically at Plot Number 8 in the Tejoprabha Colony area. It’s part of the 707/2/29 survey number if you are looking at the local maps. Share & Support Foundation has been operating from this Nashik location for a while. The colony is a decent place to be, and we have some nice neighbors around us. Inside, the space is divided into a few working areas. It’s mostly just desks and chairs with a lot of files stacked up. We aren't big on interior design. Most of our stuff is functional and a bit worn out from use. We spend our days coordinating different things and making sure we stay on top of our mail. The air in Nashik is a bit better than the bigger cities, which we appreciate. Sometimes we have volunteers coming in and out, so it can get a bit loud with all the talking and moving around. We usually have a pot of tea going for anyone who wants some. We don't use any fancy management software; we mostly rely on notebooks and a few shared files. It’s a very hands-on way of working. If someone walks in, they usually just pull up a chair and join the conversation. We don't have a formal lobby or a secretary. It’s just us doing what we can from our spot in Tejoprabha Colony. It seems to work for us and the people we know.
