Shahu Driving School

We are located right on the Main Road over here in Nashik Road. Shahu Driving School has been around for quite a few years now. We show people how to drive cars without getting too stressed about it. The traffic in Nashik can get pretty heavy, especially near the station, so we usually take the learners to some quieter lanes first. My brother and I run the place. We have a couple of small cars because they are much easier for a beginner to handle. You don't want something huge when you are trying to learn how to parallel park for the first time. The office is just a simple room with some chairs and a desk where we keep the schedules. We don't have a big fancy sign, just a board outside. People from the neighborhood usually just walk in and ask about the timing. We try to be flexible because everyone is busy with work or college. Some people take ten days to learn and others need a month. It doesn't matter much to us as long as they get it right. We spend most of our day sitting in the passenger seat, watching the road and the feet of the student. It’s a lot of patience. We've seen all sorts of drivers come through here. Some are naturals and some are terrified of the horn. We just take it slow and help them get their license. It’s a good local business and we like being part of the Nashik Road community.
