Scribido Foundation. We’re based out in Dindori, Nashik. The address is Plot 141, Matoshree Building on College Road. It’s a good spot because of all the students around. Nashik is known for its weather and the grapes, but it’s also a place where a lot of people are trying to learn new things. We focus on reading and writing mostly. It’s quiet in the office during the morning but gets quite lively in the afternoons when the colleges let out. We don’t have a big team. It’s mostly just a few of us who like books and feel that everyone should be able to write their own story. We have some shelves with old books and some tables where people can sit and work. It's not a library exactly, just a space. Sometimes we go out to the schools in the rural parts of Dindori. The roads aren't always great, but we get there. It’s honest work. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. People find us by word of mouth mostly. College Road is always busy, so there’s always someone stopping by to ask what we’re doing. We just tell them we’re trying to help people with their studies and writing. It’s a simple life and we like being part of the Nashik community. It feels right to be doing this kind of work in such a lively town.
