Our office for Sbk Urban Nidhi Limited is located on Vinchur Road. The exact spot is Cs No.108/B/1/1/1, right near the Tulja Bhavani Mandir here in Nashik. Being so close to the temple means we get a lot of foot traffic. It’s a nice place to work. We are a small team and we handle various Nidhi operations like savings and gold loans. We don't have any flashy corporate culture. It’s just us sitting at our desks, talking to the people who walk in. Most of our members are locals from the Vinchur Road area. They come in after visiting the mandir or while doing their daily shopping. We keep our records as neat as we can, though sometimes the paperwork piles up on busy days. Nashik is a busy place, and we try to keep up with the pace. We don't spend money on fancy brochures. We just talk to people and explain how things work. It’s honest and simple. Our desks are a bit old and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We focus on helping people save a little every month.
