Vrl Logistics Sawantwadi

We are based at G/754 in Gandhi Chowk. Sawantwadi is a busy place and being right here in the chowk means there is always something happening outside the door. Most days we are just busy handling the transport stuff. People come in to ask about their parcels or drop things off for shipping. It gets a bit crowded sometimes because of where we are located, but we manage. The building is an old one but it serves the purpose. We don't have much of a fancy office, just the usual desks and registers and a few chairs for when people need to wait. Most of the time it’s just the sound of trucks nearby or people talking on the street. Logistics is mostly about keeping track of where things are going and making sure they get loaded right. It’s hard work, especially when the weather isn’t great or when the traffic in the chowk gets backed up, but it is what we do every day. The staff here knows the local routes well. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking the paperwork to make sure everything is in order. It’s not a glamorous job, just moving goods from one point to another. If you walk past Gandhi Chowk, you’ll see our sign clearly. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days are slower than others but usually, there's a truck arriving or leaving. We just try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or extra talk. It's a simple operation really.
