We've been at Plot No F 45/ 46/ 47 in the Midc area of Satpur for a while now. Nashik is where we started Right Tight Fastners Pvt. Ltd. and we just keep at it every day. It’s a busy spot here in Maharashtra. People around here know where we are. We make fasteners. It’s not fancy work but it’s what we do. The workshop stays loud with machines running most of the morning. Usually, the tea guy comes around ten and we take a quick break. We have a good number of folks working here. Some have been with us since the beginning. We don’t really spend much time on fancy websites or big speeches. We just focus on the nuts and bolts, literally. Satpur is a good place for a factory. There’s always trucks moving in and out. Sometimes the traffic near the plot gets a bit much, but that’s just how it is in an industrial area. If you come by 422 007, you’ll see our gate. We try to keep things organized but it’s a working plant, so there’s always something going on. We handle the orders as they come. It’s straightforward. No big mystery. We just show up, do the work, and go home to our families. That’s the life here at Right Tight Fastners. It is a simple way of doing things that has worked for us for years.
