Arrow Textiles Ltd.

We've been over here at 101 Midc Satpur for quite a while now. It's right near the Ceat factory, so most people know the turnoff when they are driving through the industrial area. Arrow Textiles Ltd. is just what we do every day. The machines run a lot and there is always a bit of dust in the air, but that is how it goes in this part of town. Sometimes the power flickers, but we just keep at it. Most of the folks working here live nearby and have been coming in for years. It's not a fancy place by any means. Just concrete floors and rows of equipment. We handle a lot of fabric and thread. You see the trucks coming in and out from the main road all morning. It can get pretty loud when everything is switched on. Satpur is a busy industrial hub, so there is always noise from the neighbors too. We just focus on getting the orders ready. Sometimes we stay late when things get backed up. There is a small tea stall just outside where everyone gathers during breaks. It's a plain operation. Nothing flashy about the office either, just some desks and old filing cabinets. We just try to do the work right and keep the machines greased up. It’s a lot of manual stuff, moving rolls of cloth around and checking the stitch. That’s just the daily life here near Ceat.
