Teknocrats Control Systems is based in the NICE Area of MIDC Satpur. We are in unit B-61. If you've ever been to the industrial part of Nashik, you know what it's like. It’s a lot of metal buildings and heavy trucks. We’ve been in this spot for quite some time. The office is right next to the workshop. It’s not the quietest place to work, but it’s where we need to be. We spend a lot of time looking at diagrams and fiddling with control panels. It’s a technical job, and we just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to polish our image. We just have a bunch of tools, some computers, and a lot of wires. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by noon. We take our lunch breaks together and talk about whatever is on the news. It’s a very down-to-earth kind of place. We don't use fancy words to describe what we do. We just build things and fix things. Some days the machines give us trouble, and other days everything runs smooth. We stay until the job is done. Satpur is a busy area, and we are just one of many businesses here doing our daily work. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s ours. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task in front of us.
