You can find us at E-33, Plot No. 28 in the MIDC area of Satpur. Being in an industrial zone means there is always noise and the smell of oil or metal in the air. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard industrial unit with a big door for deliveries. Inside, we have our machines set up and the guys are usually busy with whatever production run we have going that week. It’s a practical setup. We’ve been operating out of Satpur for a good amount of time, and we know most of the neighbors on this block. Scheduling the shifts and keeping the machines maintained takes up most of our energy. We aren't trying to be the biggest factory around, just a reliable one that stays on top of the orders. The floor is concrete and there are tools everywhere, but we have a system for where things go. It gets pretty hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just keep the fans going and stay on task. Most of our days are spent checking measurements and making sure the parts are coming out right. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up. If you come by, you’ll probably find us in our work clothes, just getting things finished. We usually have a bit of scrap material waiting by the door for the collection truck.
