Nasik can get quite cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so we’ve seen all kinds of weather through these windows. We don't have a website with a bunch of professional photos. Most of what we do is based on hard work and knowing our craft. People in Shukrawar Peth know who we are. We don't spend money on advertising or big signs. We just focus on the yarn and the cloth. If someone needs to find us, they usually just ask around the neighborhood. It’s a simple life here, focused on the weave. We keep a small stove in the corner to make tea for whoever drops by to talk business or just catch up.
