You can find Nagre Agencies on the first floor of Sarda Sankul, which is right on M G Road. Being on the first floor means it’s a bit quieter than the shops right on the street level, which we like. Sarda Sankul is an old building, so it has some character, even if the stairs are a bit steep. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our office is just a couple of rooms filled with paperwork and samples. It’s not a modern glass-and-steel kind of place. We have old wooden desks and chairs that have been with us since the start. M G Road is always busy, so there’s a constant sound of horns and people outside. We mostly deal with other local businesses and traders. Sometimes we have to move boxes up and down those stairs, which is a bit of a workout. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have known each other for years. We handle the day-to-day stuff as it comes. There’s no grand plan, just making sure everything gets where it needs to go. If you’re coming to see us, just head up the stairs and look for number 47. We’re usually there until the evening. It’s a humble spot but it’s ours and we are comfortable here. We enjoy the bustle of the city.
