Sangharsh Clinic

Sangharsh Clinic is located on Nashik Road inside the Sangharsh Complex. We are on the second floor, occupying rooms 1 to 8. It is a bit of a walk up the stairs since the building does not have a lift that we use regularly. The complex itself is quite busy with other offices and shops, so there is always people coming and going. Our rooms are spread out along a narrow corridor. Each room is small and used for different things, like a little maze. We have old metal filing cabinets that squeak when you open the drawers. The windows look out over Nashik Road, so we can see the traffic jams and the rain when it comes. The walls are painted a simple off-white color and we have a few plastic plants in the corners to make it look a bit better. Most of the people who come to see us are from the surrounding neighborhoods or work in the nearby shops. We spend a lot of time sitting at our desks filling out paperwork by hand. It can get quite hot in the afternoons because the sun hits this side of the building directly. We have a few wall fans that help a little bit. It is a very practical space without any bells or whistles. We just focus on seeing the people who come up those stairs every day. It is just a regular clinic.
