Sai Kitchen Trolley

If you look behind the Kalika Temple near the Hari Niwas Society on Old Agra road, you’ll find us. We go by Sai Kitchen Trolley. We spend our time putting together those metal drawers and racks that go under kitchen counters. It’s a lot of measuring and cutting steel. The shop is right in a spot where people are always walking by on their way to the temple. We get a lot of folks popping their heads in just to see what all the noise is about. It’s a dusty job, and there’s usually the smell of welding in the air. We don't have a fancy showroom with lights and mirrors. We just have the workshop where the real work happens. People come to us because they want something that will actually hold their pots and pans without breaking. We’ve seen a lot of houses in this area and everyone wants their kitchen to be a bit more organized. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to keep up with the local demand. Old Agra road is always moving, and we are just one part of that. We don't use any big words to describe what we do. We just make trolleys. Some days are long, especially when we have to go out and install the stuff, but it’s what we do.
