Our office is in Mangal Plaza, specifically shops 5 and 6. It’s right on Old Agra Road in Nashik. If you know Nashik, you know Old Agra Road is a major spot with a lot of traffic and shops. Saaicharan Urban Multicity Nidhi Limited has been here for a while now. The plaza is usually full of people, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. We have two shop spaces joined together, which gives us enough room for our desks and a place for visitors to wait. It’s not a fancy corporate suite. It’s a practical workspace with white walls and some basic furniture. We spend our days filling out forms and talking to folks who come in from the street. The noise of the traffic is pretty constant, but we’ve gotten used to it. We aren't into big speeches or fancy branding. We just focus on the task at hand. Sometimes the printers act up, or the internet is a bit patchy, but we manage. Most of the people who come to see us are local business owners or families from the area. We try to be helpful in a normal, everyday way. We stay until the evening when the shops in Mangal Plaza start closing up. It’s a busy life here in Nashik, and we are just a small part of it. We keep a bottle of ink handy for all the stamps we have to use. It’s just regular work for us.
