S T Karwa And Company is located at Shop No 7, 340 Hiralal Lane in Raviwar Peth. This is the older part of Nashik, so the streets are narrow and always packed with people and scooters. We are inside the Laxminarayan Market area, which is a very traditional commercial spot. The office itself is a small shop space that has been our base for quite some time. It is a bit of a squeeze sometimes with all the files and ledgers we keep around, but it works for us. Raviwar Peth is full of energy and noise, and you can hear the vendors and the bells from the nearby temples all day long. We do not have any fancy air conditioning or modern glass partitions. It is just a traditional office with old wooden desks and fans that have been spinning for years. We spend our time checking through accounts and talking to people who drop in. Because it is a market area, there is always someone popping their head in to say hello or ask a question. We don't use any high-tech systems, just the basic stuff to keep our records straight. It is a very grounded way to work, surrounded by the history of the city. The pace is fast outside but we try to keep things steady and organized inside our little shop in the lane.
