Rishabh Instruments Pvt Ltd is located over at F-31 in the MIDC area of Satpur. It’s an area that feels very familiar to anyone who works in manufacturing around here. Our building isn't anything special to look at from the outside, but inside we are usually pretty busy with whatever the day brings. The staff mostly walks in or takes their bikes to get here every morning. It can get loud with the traffic on the main road, but once you get inside F-31, things settle down into a rhythm. We have been in Satpur for a long time, and we know the neighbors well. The tea stall around the corner is where a few of us usually end up during the afternoon break. Our work involves a lot of technical stuff, so there is usually someone leaning over a workbench or looking at a screen. We don’t have much time for fancy speeches or meetings that go on for hours. It’s more about checking the numbers and making sure everything is aligned properly before the day ends. Sometimes the power flickers or the rain makes the road a mess, but we just deal with it as it comes. It is a straightforward operation here. If you come by, you’ll likely see a couple of trucks parked out front waiting to load up. It’s just how things go at an industrial site like ours. We just keep our heads down and work.
