Renfro India Pvt Ltd is located in Nashik, specifically at Flat No 1, Wing "A" of the Dhanashree Paradise building. We are right opposite the Garwa Hotel on Nashik Road in Upnagar. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for an office since it’s a residential-style building, but it works for us. It’s quiet and feels more personal than a big commercial tower. We have a small team here in Maharastra handling all the company business. We don't have a big corporate culture with retreats or motivational speakers. We just sit down at our desks and get to work. Being opposite the Garwa Hotel is handy because everyone knows where that is. Nashik Road is a busy area, but our wing in Dhanashree Paradise stays fairly calm. We don't use a lot of fancy English or business jargon. We just talk to each other like normal people. We focus on the daily chores, the emails, and the paperwork. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this Nashik office for a bit now and we like the neighborhood. It’s a very practical way to run a business in India. We just keep things moving and don't worry about sounding like a big multinational. We are just Renfro India Pvt Ltd, working out of Flat No 1 and trying to get things right every day.
