We are based out in the Ambad MIDC area at D1/9. It’s a standard industrial spot where Reliance Equipments Pvt Ltd has been operating for quite a while. Being in the industrial zone means it gets pretty loud with all the machinery and trucks passing by, but we’re used to the noise. Our building is a simple structure, designed more for function than looks. We deal with various types of equipment, mostly stuff for other businesses in the area. Our day starts early, usually before the sun gets too hot, and we spend most of it in the workshop or the storage area. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and checking parts. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that; news of what we do usually spreads by word of mouth among the other factory owners around here. The office part is just a small corner with some old filing cabinets and a computer that’s seen better days. It’s dusty work, and we all wear boots and work clothes. Sometimes things break down and we have to spend the whole weekend fixing them, but that's part of the trade. We’ve lived and worked in Ambad for years, so we know the people and the way things work around here. We aren't looking to expand into some giant empire; we just want to keep the equipment running and do a decent job for our clients.
