We are located over at Plot No 60 in Kala Nagar, which is in the Mhasrul area on Dindori Road. It’s a part of Nashik that has grown a lot lately. Our office is where we handle all the clearing and forwarding work. It's a practical space. We don't have fancy furniture or expensive paintings on the walls. Mostly, it's just desks, shelves full of files, and a lot of stamps. We spend a lot of time talking to the customs officers and the truck drivers. It’s a lot of back and forth, making sure all the rules are followed so things don't get stuck. We are a small team and we’ve all been doing this for a while. We know which forms need to be filled and who to talk to when there's a delay. It can be a bit tiring with all the paperwork, but that's what we do. Dindori Road can get busy with all the industrial traffic, so we hear the honking all day. We just keep our heads down and work through our lists. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our job properly and go home to our families. It’s a simple life here in Mhasrul. If you come by, we’ll probably offer you a glass of water and tell you to wait a minute while we finish a call. It's just a regular office doing regular work for our local clients.
