Raynar Industries

Over at J-51 in MIDC Ambad, things stay pretty busy. Raynar Industries has been operating out of this unit for a while. It’s not the biggest place, but we make it work with what we have. The air usually smells a bit like oil and old metal. We start early before the sun gets too high because the shed can get pretty warm in the afternoons. There’s a small tree near the entrance that gives a bit of shade where we stand for breaks. Most of our day is spent checking parts and making sure the counts are right. We don’t have fancy brochures or a front desk person to greet you. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just looks up and says hello. The floor has some cracks from moving heavy stuff around over the years, but it’s solid. We’ve got some old calendars on the wall and a clock that’s five minutes fast. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t spend much time worrying about how the office looks as long as the work gets out. The neighbors in Ambad are mostly like us, just trying to get through the day's list. Sometimes we share tools or help out if a truck gets stuck. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We keep a cooler of water by the door for everyone to use when the heat gets bad.
