We’re over at Shri Hari Tower in Nashik. Our office is Flat 10, located in the Kulkarni Colony area. The pincode is 422001. It’s a decent building, though finding a parking spot nearby can be a bit of a headache sometimes. Ravindra Vidya Prasarak Foundation has been using this space for a while now. It’s got a lived-in feel to it. There are stacks of paper on most surfaces and the chairs don't all match, but it works for us. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a sleek interior. We just needed a central place in Nashik where we could get together and handle our business. The balcony gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is nice when we need a break. Most days it’s just a couple of us here, typing away or talking on the phone. We don't use a lot of buzzwords or complicated language. We just speak plainly about what’s going on. If someone calls, they’re usually talking directly to one of the people who started this. There’s no big hierarchy to climb here. We’ve had to figure things out as we go, which hasn't always been perfect. But we’ve stayed at it. It’s a simple operation in a busy part of Maharashtra. We've learned a lot about the building over the years, like which windows stick when it rains in July.
