We are over on Pumping Station Road in Nashik, right above the Namco Bank at Vimal Park. It’s a familiar spot for anyone living near Gangapur Road. Rachita Construction Company is what we go by. We share space with the private limited side of the business here in 422013. The office is usually filled with blueprints and maps of different sites we are working on. We do a lot of the local building work that people see going up in the city. It’s dusty work and involves a lot of time on the phone with suppliers. We aren’t some big city firm with shiny glass walls. Our office feels like a place where real work happens. You’ll often find us drinking tea and looking over project schedules. Nashik is growing fast, and we are just trying to keep up with the demand for new structures. Gangapur Road has changed so much since we started. We handle the day-to-day tasks of managing laborers and making sure materials show up on time. It can be a headache when things get delayed, but we manage. Most of our clients come in because they saw our name on a board at a construction site nearby. We just explain what we can do and how long it might take. It's practical, simple work that keeps us connected to the neighborhood. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now, and we like the location.
