Our place is at A18/1 in the MIDC area of Ambad. R D Mining Equipments Pvt.Ltd. has been rooted in this industrial zone for quite some time now. Ambad is a busy place, and our unit is right in the middle of all that activity. The workshop is full of heavy metal parts and the smell of industrial oil. It’s a tough environment, but that’s the nature of mining equipment. We have high ceilings and heavy-duty cranes for moving the big stuff. The floors are stained with grease and there are tools scattered across the workbenches. We don't have a clean, white office. Our desks are usually covered in some dust from the shop floor. We spend our days dealing with heavy machinery and talking to people who work in the mines. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of atmosphere. We don't use a lot of fancy words when we talk to our customers. We just talk about what works and what doesn't. Sometimes the noise from the neighbors is so loud we have to shout to be heard. We have our tea together in the afternoon, usually standing up near the main entrance. It’s a hard-working group of people here. We’ve been through the ups and downs of the industry together. We just keep our focus on the equipment and making sure things are built to last. It’s what we do. It’s hard work.
