Kiemplant

You can find Kiemplant out on the Pune-Nashik Road. We are specifically located at Plot No. 33, G. No. 599/2, in a place called Janori within the Dindori area. It’s a bit of a drive out here, but we like the space it gives us. Being near the highway means there is always a lot of movement, but once you step onto the plot, it’s mostly just us working. We spend a lot of time outdoors or in the shed depending on the weather. It’s a practical environment. We don’t have much use for fancy decorations or air-conditioned lobbies. Most of the staff here is from the local area around Janori, so we all know each other pretty well. The work can be physically demanding sometimes, but that’s just how it is in this line of business. We keep our equipment at the back and the office part is just a small room near the entrance. Sometimes the dust from the road gets everywhere, but we just sweep it out and keep going. We don’t follow a strict corporate manual. We just talk to each other and get the daily tasks sorted. It’s a bit rough around the edges, but we prefer it that way. If you’re driving down the Pune-Nashik Road, you’ll see our sign eventually. We are just here doing what we know how to do.
