Prabha Masala & Food Products

Our place, Prabha Masala & Food Products, is located at Gb104 in the Atharwa Royal Society. It’s a bit of a quiet area since we’re behind Hotel Nishant Park in Shiv Krupa Colony. Being in a residential society means we have to be a bit more careful about noise and how we move things around. It isn't like a big factory or a busy main road shop. It’s more of a ground-floor setup where we handle the masala and food items. Usually, you can smell the spices if you’re standing right near the door, which the neighbors don't seem to mind too much. We have a small team here, mostly just people from the local area who know how to handle the packing and sorting. The space is a bit tight when we have a lot of raw materials coming in, but we manage by stacking things up towards the ceiling. It’s a very routine kind of job. We start early, get the machines or the packing tables ready, and just work through the batches. It’s not some high-tech operation with fancy lights. It’s just us in a society room, making sure the food products are bagged up properly. We don't really have a big storefront for walk-ins, so mostly it’s just us and the delivery guys coming and going. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day in this part of town without any unnecessary fuss.
