Place One Security Services is based at Flat No. 1 on Jay Bhawani Road. We are directly in front of the petrol pump, which is the easiest way to explain where we are to anyone coming for the first time. Using a flat as an office makes the place feel a bit more relaxed than a standard commercial building. It’s a ground-floor spot, so it’s easy for our staff and clients to just walk in. The road outside can get pretty noisy with all the cars and bikes pulling into the petrol pump, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of engines all day. We spend most of our time here managing security shifts and talking to people who need guards for their properties. It’s a simple setup—just some desks, a few filing cabinets, and a place to make tea. We don't have any big corporate signs or flashy lights. We just focus on the work and making sure our people are where they need to be. The neighborhood around Jay Bhawani Road is familiar to us, and we’ve been here long enough that the neighbors all know what we do. It’s a small operation, really. We like the fact that it’s just a few of us handling things. No one wears suits or acts like they’re in a boardroom. We just come in, do the paperwork, and head out to check on the sites. It’s a local business run by local people.
