If you find yourself at Datta Chowk in the New Cidco area of Nasik, you’re pretty close to where we run Parijat Construction. Our address is N-31/H-3/10/4, which sounds a bit complicated on paper, but it’s just a regular spot in Vijay Nagar. Nasik has grown a lot lately, and we’ve seen the streets around us change over the years. We spend our days dealing with site visits, talking to suppliers, and making sure the construction crews have what they need. It’s not always easy, especially when the weather doesn’t cooperate or materials get delayed. We don't have a polished front desk or people in suits. Most of the time, our boots are dusty and there's a lot of talk about square footage and concrete mixes. The neighborhood is lively, with plenty of tea stalls and people going about their business. We like being in this part of the city because it feels real. We handle all the small details that come with building projects, from the first brick to the final coat of paint. It’s a lot of coordination and sometimes things get a bit messy, but that’s the nature of construction. We just focus on getting the job done without much fuss. It’s a local business run by local people who know these streets well. We take things as they come and try to stay busy with the local projects.
