Pal Constructions

Our office is located at Saptshrungi Darshan in the Anand Nagar area of Pathardi Phata. It’s right near the Sales Tax Office, which is a landmark most people in Nashik know. Pal Constructions is a family-run kind of operation. We started small and we’ve mostly stayed that way because we like being involved in every part of the build. You won't find a lot of fancy decorations in our workspace. It’s mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of samples of bricks and tiles. We spend our mornings checking on progress at various sites around Nashik and our afternoons here doing the boring but necessary office work. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, or materials don't show up on time, but that’s just how this business goes. We don't try to sugarcoat things. If a job is going to take six months, we tell people it will take six months. We aren't interested in being the biggest company around. We just want to do decent work that lasts. Being based in Pathardi Phata is convenient for us to get around the city. Most of our days are spent talking to contractors or suppliers and making sure everything is moving along as it should. It is a lot of hard work and long hours, but we enjoy seeing a project finally come together after weeks of planning and labor. We just keep things moving as best as we can.
