About Orel Right2Learn Foundation – Charity & Non Profit Organisations in Nashik
We are based out of Flat No. 02 in Balaji Heights CHSL, over in Kurdukar Nagar. Nashik is a nice place to live, and this neighborhood is usually pretty calm, though the morning traffic on Sr No. 25/1/1 can get a bit loud. Our office is basically a converted apartment. It’s got that homey feel because, well, it is a home. We have some desks squeezed into the living room and files stacked up in the corner. Orel Right2Learn Foundation started because we thought getting kids to learn shouldn't be so complicated. We aren't some big NGO with millions in the bank. We’re just a small group of people who wanted to do something useful with our time. You’ll usually find us here drinking too much coffee and trying to organize our next project. Sometimes the neighbors come by to complain about where someone parked, or just to say hello. It’s a very normal way to run things. We don't have a glossy brochure or a scripted speech. If you call us, you’ll probably just talk to me or whoever is closest to the phone. We try to keep things honest and straightforward. Some days we feel like we’re making progress, and other days we’re just fighting with a printer that won’t work. That’s just life in a small office. We’re glad to be part of the Nashik community and we just keep plugging away.
