Om Clinic Physiotherapy and Naturopathy Centre is over at Shop No 2 in Cidco Uttam Nagar. We are right near the Devalali Vypari Bank and directly across from the Buddha Vihar. It’s a good location because people can find us easily. Our focus is on physiotherapy and naturopathy, so the place smells a bit like oils and herbs sometimes. We have a few treatment tables and some basic exercise equipment scattered around. It’s not a fancy gym or a high-end spa. It’s just a practical space where people come to move better. The walls are a bit plain, and we have a small radio that plays local stations in the background. Being near the Buddha Vihar gives the area a calm feeling, even though the bank next door gets quite busy. We see people of all ages, from kids to the elderly, all trying to get a bit more mobile. We don't have a big corporate team behind us. It’s just us doing the sessions and keeping track of everyone’s progress in our notebooks. Sometimes the traffic outside makes it hard to hear, but we make do. We like the community here in Cidco. People are straightforward and they expect the same from us. We don't use big medical words if we can help it. We just talk like normal people and get on with the daily work. It keeps us busy from morning till night.
