Nirmal Projects

We are based in Nashik, specifically in the Abhish Nagar area. Our office is Flat No-13 inside the Gurumaouli Society. It is right opposite the Fame Cinema on the Nashik-Pune Road. It is a very busy stretch of road, especially during the morning and evening rush hours when everyone is commuting. Having the cinema across the street makes it easy for people to find where we are. We have been in this flat for some time. It is a small team here, so we don't need a massive space. The living room of the flat serves as the main work area for us. We have some computers set up and a table for meetings. It feels a bit like a home, which we like more than a cold office. The society is mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. The commute is easy for those of us who live along the highway. Sometimes we grab snacks from the stalls near the cinema during our breaks. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that on the walls. We just have our calendars and to-do lists pinned up. It is a straightforward way of working. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. It is a practical spot for us to manage the projects we have going on in and around the city of Nashik.
