New Kadam Hospital

If you are out in the Manmad area of Nashik, you’ve probably passed by New Kadam Hospital at some point. We aren't in a big city center, so things have a bit of a different feel here. It’s a bit more relaxed, though we still stay plenty busy with the local folks. Our hospital is just a regular building that has seen a lot of people come and go over the years. We don't have any of that corporate polish you find in the big city hospitals. Instead, we have local staff who speak the language and know the families around Nashik. The weather can get pretty hot out here, so we spend a lot of time making sure the fans are working and there is plenty of water for everyone. It’s a place where you might see a tractor parked outside next to a motorbike. We handle all sorts of things, from small bumps to bigger health issues that the townspeople bring to us. Most of our day is spent talking to patients and their relatives who often come in large groups. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that. Word travels fast in a place like Manmad, so if we do our job right, people hear about it at the market or the tea stall. We just aim to be a reliable spot on the map where people can go when they aren't feeling their best. It’s a simple, local life for us here.
