Navinya Creations is in Shop Number 2 at Sriram Sankul. We are on the ground floor, so you don't have to climb any stairs. The shop is on Vakilwadi Road, right across from Panchvati Hotel. If you see Rajlakshmi Bank, we are right next to it. It’s a pretty central location in Vakilwadi. The shop is small but we fit everything we need inside. We’ve been in this building for some time now and know most of the neighbors. It’s a busy street, especially during the lunch hour when everyone is heading to the hotels nearby. Inside the shop, we have our displays and the counter where we handle everything. It’s a bit tight when a few people come in at once, but we make it work. We don't have any fancy lighting or decor. It’s just a regular shop where we do our business. Most of our day is spent talking to people who walk in or sorting through our stock. We don't really do much online stuff; we prefer when people just come by the shop and talk to us face to face. Sometimes we close for a bit if we have to go to the bank next door or grab a tea from the stall. It’s a local place. We just focus on getting the daily tasks done and making sure we have what people are looking for. We don't have any fancy titles here, just people working on the floor and taking care of the customers who drop in.
