You can find Nasik Castings Pvt. Ltd. at F-16 in the MIDC area of Ambad. We are right in the heart of the industrial zone where there is always something going on with the neighboring factories. Our main thing is casting metal, which means our shop floor is often hot and full of sand molds. It’s a process that hasn't changed much in its basics over the years we have been here. We take raw materials and melt them down to pour into specific shapes for our customers. Sometimes the molds come out perfect and other times we have to restart if the metal doesn't flow right through the channel. That is just how the foundry business works. We have a small team of workers who know the heat of the furnace better than anyone else in the office. The building at F-16 is a typical industrial shed, nothing special to look at from the outside road. Inside, it's a different story with the glow of molten metal lighting up the space. We spend most of our time worrying about temperatures and cooling times for the iron. It’s not a clean job, and you’ll definitely leave with some dirt on your shoes if you come for a visit.
