Mss India Pvt. Ltd. is located over at H-8 in the MIDC Ambad area. If you know the industrial zone, you know it’s mostly rows of warehouses and workshops. Our place is one of those steady, functional buildings that doesn't stand out much from the rest. Inside, it’s mostly about the work. We have a lot of metal desks and a concrete floor that stays cool even when it’s hot outside. The sounds of Ambad are pretty constant—there’s always someone loading a truck or the sound of some machine running nearby. We don’t have much in the way of decoration. There might be an old calendar on the wall and a few stacks of ledgers that need sorting. We’ve been in this spot for a while, and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We start early before the sun gets too high and usually wrap up as the shift changes for the bigger factories around us. It’s a no-nonsense kind of environment. We don’t use a lot of big words or have long meetings. Usually, we just shout over the noise if we need something or walk over to someone’s station.
