You can find Montex Glass Fiber Industries Pvt. Ltd. over at Plot No. E-76. We are in the Ambad Industrial Area, which is part of the Midc zone. It is a proper industrial setting around here, with lots of factories and workshops as neighbors. Our building is a basic industrial unit. It gets quite loud and hot inside because of the machines and the glass fiber work we do. There is always a smell of materials in the air, which we don't even notice anymore after all these years. The floor is concrete and has some stains from the different processes we run. We aren't big on decorating the place; it’s all about function here. Midc is a busy place, and the trucks are always coming and going from Ambad at all hours. We have a small crew of people who have been with us for a long time. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too high and the heat becomes unbearable. It’s hard work, and by the end of the shift, everyone is pretty tired. We don't really do much marketing or anything like that. Most people find us because they know the area or have seen our sign on Plot E-76. It’s a straightforward operation without any unnecessary polish. We just focus on the production and trying to keep the machines running without too many breakdowns. It is a gritty, honest kind of workplace where things actually get made.
