We are based out of F-109/3 in the MIDC area of Satpur, Nashik. Since we’re in an industrial zone, it’s all about warehouses and factories around here. Our place is where we put together our luggage and bags. You’ll hear the sound of sewing machines and heavy machinery running most of the day. It’s a large space, but it fills up fast with rolls of fabric and finished suitcases waiting to be shipped out. We don’t have a fancy showroom; it’s mostly just the production floor and a small office area. The dust from the industrial estate is something we just live with. Most of the staff comes from the nearby areas, and we’ve all been working together for a good stretch of time. Lunch breaks are usually spent together in the small shade outside. We focus on the daily grind of manufacturing, making sure the zippers work and the handles are sturdy. It’s practical work. Sometimes the trucks for pickup get delayed in the traffic outside, which throws our schedule off a bit. We don’t use a lot of big words or have complicated meetings. We just look at the orders, get the materials ready, and start the day's production. It’s been our base for years, and we know the Satpur area like the back of our hands. It's not a glamorous job, but we stay busy and the work is steady.
