We're situated at Plot No. 186, right near the Anusaya Warehouse in the Jaulke MIDC area. It’s a convenient spot for us because the trucks find it easily. The building is a simple structure with a tin roof that gets loud when it rains. Inside, we mostly deal with fabrication and assembly. It isn't a high-tech operation, just a lot of manual work and steady hands. We have a few welding stations and some drill presses that have seen better days but still do the job. The workspace is usually crowded with raw materials and half-finished projects. We don't have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, one of us just wipes our hands and goes to see who it is. Usually, it’s a delivery or a regular customer checking on an order. We don't put out brochures or anything like that. We just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes we stay late to finish a project if the deadline is tight. It’s just how we operate. The coffee is usually burnt, and the calendar on the wall is a year old, but the work gets done. We aren't trying to change the world; we're just trying to provide for our families and keep the shop going. It’s a modest life, and we are fine with that. As long as the machines turn on in the morning and the materials arrive, it's a good day for everyone here.
