Taheri Tradelinks

Taheri Tradelinks is based at Pap-36, right at the Xlo Point in the MIDC Ambad area. Being at Xlo Point makes it easy for the transport drivers to find us, which is good because we do a lot of trading and moving of goods. The facility is a typical industrial setup with a large shutter door and a concrete floor that has seen a lot of use over the years. We have shelves that go up quite high to make use of the space, and they are usually packed with whatever stock we are currently moving. The air in Ambad is usually thick with the sounds of other factories and the smell of metalwork. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or checking invoices to make sure nothing has gone missing in transit. It’s a busy life, and the office is often a bit messy with papers and samples scattered around. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that; whoever is closest to the door or the phone just takes care of it. Most of our neighbors in MIDC are doing similar things, so there is a sense of everyone just getting on with their business. We focus on getting the links between suppliers and buyers sorted out without making things more complicated than they need to be. It’s just straight trading from our spot here at Pap-36. We stay busy enough to keep the lights on.
