We are situated on the ground floor at Gala No. 123 in Mullay-I-Square, which is part of the MIDC area in Ambad. Being on the ground floor is a huge help for us because we don't have to deal with lifts or stairs when moving our stuff in and out. Mullay-I-Square is a pretty busy hub, and there’s always something going on around the building. You see people moving crates, talking on their phones, or just heading to the canteen. Our unit is just a basic workspace where we handle our daily production. It’s not decorated with anything other than some old calendars and the tools we need for the job. The MIDC Ambad area is a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but once you find Gala 123, it’s easy enough to remember. We have a small crew and we all pretty much do a bit of everything. There’s no formal hierarchy here; we just work until the day’s tasks are finished. The lighting inside could be better, but we have big windows that let in some natural light during the day. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the area a bit muddy, but that’s expected. We’ve been here for a good while and the people in the neighboring units are like friends now. We keep things simple and honest, focusing on the work right in front of us without any extra fluff or corporate talk about how things should be done.
