Electroweld System is based in MIDC Ambad, right at No. 327 GIACL. If you’re driving by, we are directly in front of the Siemens plant, which is a big landmark in this area. Nashik can get quite warm, and the industrial zone is no exception. Our setup is pretty basic because we focus mostly on welding systems and related equipment. It’s not the kind of place with carpets and air conditioning in every corner. We spend most of our time out on the floor or in the small office area handling orders. There are always welding torches, cables, and power units sitting around. The noise from the surrounding factories is pretty constant, but you get used to it after a few days. We don’t go in for big mission statements or anything like that. We just know how to put these systems together and how to fix them when they break. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for practical solutions for their own shops or factories. We have a few benches where we do the assembly and testing. It’s a very hands-on environment. Sometimes we stay late to finish a particular job, but usually, we wrap up when the shift ends. It’s a local business run by people who actually understand the equipment they are selling. It is a noisy place but we enjoy what we do here and we keep the floor clean as we go.
