Delta Tyres And Treads is located over at L27 in Midc Ambad. It’s a busy spot with lots of vehicles coming and going throughout the day. We deal with tyres all the time, whether it’s selling new ones or working on treads. The shop smells like rubber and grease, which is pretty much expected in this line of work. We’ve got a few guys here who know their way around a wheel and don't mind getting their hands dirty. It’s hard work and your clothes usually get stained within the first ten minutes of starting a shift. We don’t have a big office or anything polished. It’s mostly just the workshop floor and some space for storage in the back. People from around the Ambad area stop by when they have a problem with their trucks or cars. We try to get things sorted so they can get back on the road. It gets pretty hot in the summer inside the shed, but we keep the fans going and just get on with it. Sometimes we have a lot of backlogged work, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We aren't a big corporate chain. We’re just a local business trying to do the job right. We’ve seen a lot of different types of tyres come through here over the years. Some are easy fixes and others take a lot more time. We just deal with whatever comes through the door each morning. It is a messy job, but we are used to it.
