If you head over to A-3 in the MIDC Ambad area, you'll find where we operate. Crompton Graves Ltd. has been part of this industrial patch for a while. It’s a big space, and there’s always something moving, whether it's crates being loaded or teams working on the equipment. Being in Ambad means we are surrounded by other workshops and factories, so the atmosphere is always productive and a bit loud. We focus a lot on the technical side of things here. It isn't a retail shop where you walk in and browse shelves. It’s more of a functional site where the real work happens day in and day out. Sometimes the schedules get a bit tight, and the floor is a hive of activity with people moving between different sections. We have our routine, starting with the morning shift and keeping things moving until the evening. The location is pretty convenient for transport, which helps when we have larger items coming in or going out. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We don't spend much time on office decor or anything like that because the focus is strictly on the output. You’ll see plenty of uniforms and safety gear if you step inside. It’s just a standard, hardworking environment where everyone knows their role and tries to keep the machinery humming along without too many hiccups during the work week.
