Micro-Com Systems is situated in the Suyojit Trade Center, specifically at Office No.G-15. We are right across from Rajiv Gandhi Bhavan on Sharanpur Road. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy for us to get around and for people to find us. The trade center is always buzzing with people, so there’s never a dull moment. Our office isn't very large, but we’ve managed to fit everything we need inside. We’ve got our computers, some spare parts, and a small table for when we need to sit down and talk things through. We aren't trying to be some high-tech giant. We’re just a local shop that knows its way around systems. Most of our days are spent troubleshooting or helping folks who drop by with questions. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon or try to sell people things they don't need. We just tell it like it is. If something is broken, we say so. If it’s an easy fix, we do that too. Sharanpur Road is a good place for a business like ours because so many people pass by every day. We’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years. We show up, we do the work, and we try to be helpful. It’s a simple way of doing things, but it’s worked for us so far at the trade center. We usually keep some old magazines on the table for anyone who has to wait while we check a machine.
